Carrie Nichols Hoye

Carrie is a retired marketing executive who is devoted to community service. Carrie served as Vice President of Marketing for GE Consumer Finance and Director of Marketing for Chicago Tribune. In 2005, Carrie formed CJH Strategic Marketing, where she defined data-driven, customer-focused acquisition and retention strategies for clients including the Washington Post, Dallas Morning News and OSI Restaurant partners.
From 2007 to 2015, Carrie offered marketing support to C&J Cladding, the Houston-based business she and her husband Jeff purchased, grew and sold.
Carrie served on the Board of Trustees of Gracewood, a Houston ministry devoted to providing home, hope and healing for homeless mothers and their children. She served on the Advisory Board of Spring Spirit Baseball, a Houston agency that serves more than 800 children weekly through sports, mentoring and worship. She has served agencies who address education, human trafficking, animal rescue and was active on boards and committees at Chapelwood United Methodist church.
From 2016 to 2018, Carrie and her husband Jeff chaired the Next Step Capital Campaign for Gracewood, successfully raising $8.5 million to double the size of the Gracewood campus.
Carrie and her husband Jeffrey live in Watersound Beach, Florida and Minocqua, Wisconsin. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Dick recently retired from his own executive search firm the Gustafson Group, specializing in healthcare provider executives search. Dick spent over 20 years at Heidrick & Struggles (global executive search firm) in the Chicago office where he served as Vice Chairman of the firm and Chairman, Global Health Care Practice. Before that he served as Managing Partner for the Health Care Practice. Dick successfully led major searches for CEO’s, CMO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, and Vice Chancellor and Deans of Medical Schools.View
Judy graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee with a BSN in Nursing. She also attended the Parish Nurse Prep Program. Judy graduated from the University of Rochester, NY with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Community Health. She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse, COHN-S. She has a nursing license in both Wisconsin and Illinois.View
Anthony Pogodzinski, MD
Tony was born in Withee, Wisconsin, June 14, 1941. He lived on a family farm of 19 acres outside of Withee 'til becoming a sophomore in high school when he went to Holy Cross Seminary in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and studied there until just before Christmas of my fourth year in college in 1962 when he left the seminary and moved to Milwaukee where he entered Marquette University and completed his college training the summer of 1964.View
My wife Cheryl and I became year-round residents of Minocqua in 2006, after spending the past 25 plus years living in Wausau. We have two children, Andrea age 26 and John age 23. After working 30 years with Wausau Financial Systems, I have retired as of 12/31/11!View
Mr. Nicklaus has been employed with River Valley Bank since 1998. Previous to joining River Valley, he was the Executive Vice President and Head of Sales at Dealers Credit, Inc. for ten years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.View

Solberg Company, Inc., a diverse and healthy organization of over 1,000 associates that also operate Tula's Café in Minocqua, several fuel and convenience stores throughout northern and central Wisconsin, Trig's Central Bakery and Trucking Facility, Trig's Recycling Center, and the Tasmania Northwoods Resort.View
