Lucas 2 Chest compression Device Project

During cardiac arrest, this unit allows consistent chest compressions to be performed without fatigue to the technician. Each unit costs $15,000 and there's one located at Howard Young Medical Center, Aspirus Eagle River Hospital and every ambulance in our area from Presque Isle and Land O’ Lakes to Harshaw and Lac du Flambeau. The Foundation offered a partnership grant to all of the volunteer ambulance services in the area. If each community could raise half the cost of the device, the Foundation would cover the remainder of the cost.

Your dollars at work.

With your generous donation, we have allocated $120,000 to make this project available to our community. Thank you for making it possible!
